Hi! My name is Christine! I am a true California girl at heart (just ask my husband), but I have lived in the rainy Pacific Northwest for six years now! I have always loved taking photos; not being in them, but taking them! My oh-so busy life has never allowed me to pursue anything further than just taking photos at special events, but I have always had a fascination with professional photography. Witnessing people like my sister-in-law, who is an awesome self-taught photographer, has inspired me to pick up a camera and shoot! I love that her photos capture the beauty in the most simple, yet amazing things! 

Over a year ago, I married the love of my life & "bestest fwend" (handsome, ain't he?!) and have inherited a beautiful step-daughter, Sage! Two months ago I gave birth to the most beautiful baby boy, Brady! I'm so in love!
Now, how this blog got started....At my small, intimate, sunny California wedding I was able to see how much fun my photographer, Sara Lucero (www.saralucero.com), had taking my photos and capturing the ambiance that the day created! Her talent truly blessed me with the greatest wedding gift...beautiful memories! As you can see by her beautiful photos, I am very pleased with the results!

It was at that moment that I realized this was something I would LOVE to do more often! I also needed a hobby away from my busy life that includes working a full-time job, being a brand new business owner, a wife and a mother!! AND....how amazing to take part in someone's most special moments and to give them lifelong memories! My husband quickly jumped on board to support me, purchased me a camera and equipment and encouraged me to go for it! I hope the photos and experiences I share here will inspire you as well! Enjoy!
